Effective August 10, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Imported Foods Corp. ("we"). By using TableTalk you accept them.
TableTalk produces live, machine-generated translation of conversation. Machine translation makes mistakes. It is provided for general communication, not for situations where a mistranslation could cause harm. Do not rely on TableTalk for medical consultations, diagnosis or consent; legal proceedings or advice; emergency situations; or safety-critical instructions. For those, use a qualified human interpreter. Where the law requires an interpreter, TableTalk is not one.
TableTalk makes a text record of conversation. Laws in many places, including Massachusetts, restrict recording without the awareness of everyone involved. The app displays a visible red "Recording" indicator in both session languages whenever it is listening. It is your responsibility to make sure everyone in the conversation is aware a transcript is being made and to comply with the laws where you are.
Subscriptions are per person for personal use. We may suspend service to devices that circumvent metering, tamper with the app, or resell access.
TableTalk is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
